For this gallery, we designed this centerpiece as a four-meter-long desk conceived as a place for dialogue and exchange, surrounded by a contemporary selection of artworks. The piece is crafted entirely from stainless steel, assembled through a system of rivets that references the construction of an airplane fuselage.
While the overall design is deliberately minimal, the details give the piece its character. The “speed holes,” as we call them, punctuate the surface with a subtle graphic rhythm, creating a visual cue that quietly defines the language of RIMRAM.

TYPE AA CHAIR/TABLE
This chair set a benchmark for what the studio could take on, both technically and conceptually. Designed as a terrace chair, it is deliberately bold while remaining visually light and almost transparent in its presence. The piece was commissioned by Lionel Jabot for the MIX hotel in Brussels in 2023, where its distinctive character was developed in direct relation to the architecture and atmosphere of the space.
Alongside the chair, we designed an accompanying table that continues and extends the same design language. Together, the two pieces form a coherent family, sharing the same vocabulary of structure, proportion, and transparency while functioning as a complete terrace setting.

SPEEDHOLE V1
Speedhole One is an exercise in balancing lightweight construction with strength, while giving the piece a strong and instantly recognisable identity. As the first table in the Speedhole series, it establishes the visual and structural language that defines the collection.
The table is constructed entirely from stainless steel and assembled without any visible welding. Instead, the complete structure is held together through a system of riveted connections, turning the construction method itself into an integral part of the design. This approach gives the piece a technical, industrial character, while keeping the overall expression remarkably light and refined.
This first edition is presented in stainless steel, but the Speedhole concept can be customised in a range of multicolour finishes, opening up different possibilities for the personality and context of each piece.
